Shipping Policy  
At Redhawk Outdoor Survival Training, we partner with Printful.com to produce and ship our high-quality merchandise. Please review the following details to understand our shipping process:

Production & Processing Time
   -Orders typically take 2-7 business days to be processed and prepared for shipment by Printful. Production begins once payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times & Costs
   Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

 
   U.S. Orders

3–7 business days after production.

 
International Orders (Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.

7–20 business days after production.  

   Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible and beyond our control.  

 

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to monitor your package on the carrier’s website.

 

Customs & Duties 
   International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are not included in the order total.

Return & Exchange Policy
We strive for 100% satisfaction, but due to the nature of print-on-demand products through Printful, our return options are limited:

Damaged or Defective Items 
   Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@redhawkost.com with:  
     Photos of the item and packaging.  
     Your order number and details.

 
   If approved, Printful will replace the item or issue a refund.

We do not accept returns for sizing errors, buyer’s remorse, or minor printing variations.

 

Incorrect Addresses 
   Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Exchanges  
   Exchanges are only offered for defective items. Due to the print-on-demand model, we cannot swap sizes or designs. You may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.  

 

Refunds  
   Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
